SSB&S legal arguments won the approval of the California Court of Appeals, 4th Appellate District, in the case of In Re Marriage of Henry and Rebecca Isensee, in a decision handed down on May 29, 2008. The court found that the trial court had ruled correctly in favor of SSB&S’s client and confirmed a million-dollar ruling regarding the definition of Mr. Isensee’s separate property.
