Gary Smith practices in both Utah and in California, and specializes in mediating divorce cases in Utah. Mediation is mandated in the State of Utah, and with Mr. Smith’s extensive experience in mediating, arbitrating, and conducting settlement conferences, his involvement in a Utah divorce provides a greater probability of working out an agreement between the parties. This will avoid going to court and will save attorneys fees. Mr. Smith handles Utah divorce mediations both for those who are represented by counsel, and for pro se litigants.
Hourly charge for mediation is $200.
